    Look in my photo section under Lisa’s Photo’s last two pics of the two ornates. Rich had already helped me some but I appreciate any advice and all opinions. I use fresh water with a marine subrate. They get fresh water everday in the kiddie pool they sun in. I change their indoor sleeptank water about ever 4-6 days when needed, I don’t feed in it.They are only yearlings, argh….. Lisa

    Wow, Lisa – I enjoyed looking at your very nice group! I wouldn’t be too worried about the blisters though I would begin treatment ASAP. I have seen them before in my terrapins as well, and Nolvasan or Betadine does the job pretty nicely. I normally do not dry dock my terps too long as I find that they spend a lot of time basking on their own as it is. Your husbandry practices appear to be sound so I don’t know that I would recommend any changes. Skin blisters like this seem to happen every once in a while in even the best of conditions.
