Listless 8 yr old male DBT

My male DBT has been a bit listless as of late and not responding to his environment. We had him out of his tank for about an hour for a water change and afterwards he seems more lethargic. Currently, the water water temp is 75, air temp is at least 70. He’s always been so healthy– any ideas?
