i wanted to know what live food is good to feed terrapins. i have been buying feeder gold fish just to help clean up after her, but noticed she loves to chase and eat them. what else can i give live to eat??
My diamondbacks love live brine shrimp and black worms which for the smaller ones is fine ~ the cost involved with adults could get pretty expensive!! My adults love jumbo meal worms and night crawlers. nikkicoco11 wrote:

Does this apply to ALL live food? Or just feeder fish? I’ve never had any trouble with brine shrimp ~ black worms or meal worms. I use everything up in a couple of days and keep the black worms well rinsed. Now I’m not sure if I’m playing with danger! Jonathan Helms wrote:
Brine shrimp, blackworms and mealworms are ok. Definitely stay away from crayfish.
