need help….Shell Rot????

Hi First, I just want to say hi to everyone in this group. I just became a member yesterday. I have a question about a shell problem with one of my terrapins. For some reason, the very end of my terrapin is going soft. When i gently press down on it, the shell moves. I don’t think that is normal and I am not sure if it is shell rot??? Can anyone help me??/ Also, can i use hydrogen peroxide for a minor wound on my terrapin????? Thanks Eddie
