Hello All, Some good news. We found Asbury Saturday afternoon. She didn’t go outside after all, but went down the stairs to the basement. What a relief. Thanks to all of you who responded with words of encouragement not to give up looking for her. She is fine. Buzz & Hilda
I’m really glad to hear that she’s okay. We had one of ours that managed to escape by climbing up stack of DBT’s. Our attack Pekingese alerted me to the escape artist as soon as he hit the floor, so I ran into the reptile room to see what Shadow Master was barking at. There was the DBT looking at the dog like he was thinking, “Stool Pigeon”. It really did look funny. All of the Terrapins in the tank were up on the basking rock stacked on top of each other. I honestly wondered if they had deliberately done it to help the one get out. tony — “Burnley, Charles”
Glad to hear you found her….make sure you get her well hydrated…fresh water (with maybe a tiny bit of pedialyte mixed in) soaking are probably in order. -rob
