To Plagueguitarist: Rich is right, once you get one you will definitely want another. We acquired two juvenile DBTs this past Christmas and are so glad we got two instead of one. Watching them interact keeps us busy for hours! We started them out in a 40gal aquarium and have just recently upgraded them to a 90 and have just set the 40gal up as a sand aquarium with a pond for them. They were really digging in the rocks in the water aquarium and one of the guys at the pet store where we bought them suggested the sand one to allow them the opportunity to dig in a more natural terrain. We are really enjoying them and they provide hours of entertainment! Have only ever seen pictures of the ornate breed but think they are absolutely intriguing and beautiful. Because we live in Canada and they are very hard to find up here we have thoroughly enjoyed belonging to this group and have found much of the information we have through Jonathans website and the newly published book by Stephen Chew. Would love to find a pair of ornates to add to our family so if anyone knows of breeders here in the great white north please let us know. Trina Clarke
