I’m gonna put my money on it’s his penis, but I’ll let the experts tell us for sure! Terry
i am no expert, and i cant open your attachment for some reason, but id bet it is a prolapse. either penial or intestinal. do you have gravel in the tank. could he have injested something small. has he been pooping? does it stay outside of his body or go back in sometimes.(if it goes back in, it is just him fanning his penis. if you have him in with another turtle please separate them asap as the other turtle will bite the appendige and cause major problems. here is some info to help . scroll down to ‘prolapse’ http://www.austinsturtlepage.com/Care/medinjuries.htm
