Please help – swelled limb

Hello All, I am new to this web-group. I have two pet turtles. One is a diamondback and another is a river cooter. My diamondback is very sluggish and very picky eater, she bask and sleep most of the day. The river cooter is very active and would eat anything that I fed him. My diamondback recently devoloped a condition of swelling rear limb. I have taken it to a local veterarian and he said it is resulted mal- nutrtion. I said I read from the website and suggested some antibiotic such as Cipro may help, He subscripted Baytril instead. I have been adminstrating it for about 4 days but it does not seems to work. Should I try to get Cipro from another Veterarian? Please help and we really would like to see our diamondback recover. Thanks. Stephen K I have attached photo in the album under my screen name.
