Prolapse of sexual organ?

Hi All, I was wondering if anyone on the group has seen a prolapse of a male’s sexual organ. I am not sure if this is what it is. It is only a small round clear/whitish spot at the genital about half a centimeter in diameter. Looks like it came from inside as it is attached to the genital. I know that a male’s sexual organ is black, flowery, and long, so not quite sure what this is. Does anyone know what might have caused this? Any ideas or experiences? Thank you all, jim
