Last night I came home to my dbt under a bonzi tree that we have in our tank for the fish (yes he doesnt eat the fish) Anyway, Somehow he had gotten under the bonzi tree which had him pinned to the bottom of the tank for a few hours. I took him out and thought he was dead. He was freezing, limp and lifeless. After setting him in the bath tub and administering compressions of his front legs into his shell to remove the water from his lungs he came back to consciousness and by the grace of God is ok. Please everyone I know that decorations are great looking in your tank. Anyone who is new to having a DBT know that they are curious and relentless and will get under, behind and around anything because they love doing it. dont take the risk of having anything they can get stuck under. It was the scariest thing I think I have delt with in a long time. Thanks for taking the time to read this.
