Jonathan, Didn’t you dig these eggs up from outside? The deformaties your are describing are very common with too high of incubation temp. which can also happen outside. The eggs may have been close enough to the surface and on a really hot day they could have been affected especially if the soil have been on the dry side. Those are my thoughts on the subject. By the way congrats on all the babies. Vickie
