Thanks for all the help! My diamondback keeps laying and laying eggs and they are ALWAYS in the water! I am watching her and fishing them out asap, placing them in vermiculite and keeping them as close to 85 degrees as possible. I hope they hatch! Brenda
Brenda, there’s no reason why they wouldn’t hatch if fertile. Years ago, I fished out my first clutch all from the water and there was 100% hatching. Does your female have access to sand or dirt? Also, you may want to consider reducing the incubation temperature to reduce the risk of shell deformities. Hope you get to post some hatchling pics in 2 months! -ChunBLindsey15@… wrote:
