umm.. I agree, thought this was group about diamondbacks and maybe some wildlife in general. if I wanted to find my “perfect partner” it sure as hell wouldn’t be in this group (no of fence to the members in the group, but that is not why I joined)David Hubbard

Gee, Jim – no wonder you’re still looking! How about just “would have to love chelonians as much as you?” That might open up the possibilities a bit more for you. Seems like half of my customers are ladies purchasing terrapins as gifts to their spouses/boyfriends so they’re out there! On a more serious note, we should probably refrain from replying to the spam, no point proliferating it. I make it a point to remove a spammer from the group as soon as they announce themselves but if it gets to be a problem, we might have to consider more stringent membership approval methods. It seems they change their “handle” every five minutes. How on earth can these idiots be stopped? “as much as me” sounds good. Here’s the scenario: Me: Hey, honey…Stephen has some great looking concentrics for sale, how about we liven up that 75 gallon tank? She: Well, dear…all the bills are paid, there’s food in the fridge, we went to the mall yesterday…hey, why not?
