I would recommend a vet visit. Until then I would raise the water temp, between 80-82. I would also raise the basking area temperature, between 88-90. Be cautious to not let the hatchlings get dehydrated from basking too long. A well hatchling as you probably know will remove itself from the basking area. Some times a sick one may be too weak to do so. As far as food, I would try to get them eating one of the pellet diets like baby Reptomin. It’s a better balanced diet. The Krill would be good as a treat. I don’t see any need to add salt to the water. Good Luck, Keith stromboli_98 wrote:them started losing their balance, basking. No parasites, Ifeedem Krill. Any ideas?

I raised the temperature and I feed them outside the tank now. So far one has made a full recovery. The other hasn’t eaten anything in 2 days. I’ll wait and see on that one. Thanks for all the info. — In diamondbackterrapins@yahoogroups.com, “keith”
