    Gotta be – I suspect JFK laid some new tarmac out on what was once prime nesting ground. Females will go back to the same nesting places year after year so it’s kind of a shame… -Stephen C

    So they have been displaced….not good. Stephen, you were not able to see any DBTs in the wild on your TX trip a couple yrs ago were you ? Bob

    Hi Bob, No, I was not in diamondback terrapin territory during that TX trip. My FL trips were more productive – saw them 2 out of 3 times. -Stephen C

    hey Stephen, so, did they do the wrong thing by moving them – putting them back into the water, farther away? I mean, are they only going to crawl back across another time or.. you know I hate to think of these little buggers in harm’s way. thanks
