To all of those people out there whom know of ZOOLOGICAL 2000. Iam writing to yous because you need to be aware of thier scams. I had bought a few reptiles from them supposily healthy. First was a black throat monitor with no tail weight and not eating and skinning legs. He seemed fine when first got him but then he died 3 days later. I called vet because Zoo said he got cold and with food in his stomach died because it got bad. Vet said no it would of taken longer than 3 days to die so something already wrong with it. Then they gave me credit of 50% on him. I said alright and ordered again this time I ordered a Birdeating spider and a water monitor with a few other things. They shipped spider and monitor in same box but monitor was no where close to heat pack and there was only one talking about they will put in eatra heat packs. Well spider was dead next day besides that they charged me the wrong price it was on sale for $40 and charged me $50 then they charged me $55 for the monitor which was suppose to be at 50% off. Then the monitor not doing good so was force feeding him keeping him extra warm and called vet. Was going to take him in but after the monitor fighting for almost a week force feeding him every 3 hrs everyday he finally gave up. I notified Zoo as soon as I noticed something was wrong and the owner Mario stated that he would give us credit of $100. MY late husband noticed a water monitor on there list at 4′ he wanted and then were going to ship him out and everything then here comes an excuse that the monitors were not perfect missing toe or a few scares my husband didn’t care about that as long as they weren’t really messed up. So they email me some )(&^#%)* excuse and say they will send me the $100. Well thats been over six weeks know and nothing and I will get nothing. I will never order from them again and advise all of you to do the same and to let others know. They deal with wholesale aniamls they get a variety of things so in case they have some diamondbacks BE AWARE.
