Francie, Hey wow! I didn___t know sfbb made an aquatic turtle food. I must say it has been a long time since I visited the freezers in the pet shop though! It looks great for young sliders and other omnivorous turtles. Does it have any sort of gel or something in it to keep the bits from floating all over the tank I wonder? That was one flaw with the fish foods___ the filters often ate the most! It has wheat flour which would act as a binder maybe___ but then that___s grain___ not so good nutritionally speaking. Compared to most pellets though I___m sure it still of higher nutritional value. Paying for water___ but at least its not as processed or as full of carbs. I wonder if the vitamins they added are appropriate dosages? They added actual fat soluble vitamin A along with Pollock (fish = source of vitamin A). Might be too much? Carrots are at the top of the list so there should be plenty of beta-carotene (can be converted to vitamin A) as well. I too would be interested if anyone has used this product or knows how long it___s been out etc. I might just have to try it. Assuming it is available in Canada (most SFBB stuff is). Thanks for pointing this food out, Michelle —–Original Message—– From: Francie [mailto:wildcrittergal@…] Sent: Saturday, February 05, 2005 7:53 PM To: dbt Subject: [diamondbackterrapins] sfbb turtle food Hi, Has anyone here used the frozen sfbb aquatic turtle food?
