Skin problem? (Ornate hatchlings)

I am posting a picture of my new ornate hatchlings. (dasom97) Other than “too much sleep” problem, they look like having some skin problem Please see if they are really having problems, and if so please let me know how I should be treating them. Thanks very much in advance.
