Starting up a new tank

I currently have a snapping turtle in a 85 gallon tank. I use a magnum 350 and also have a underwater gravel filter with a powerhead. This filter setup works pretty good. My question is how much land does a terripan need. I want to get 2 hatchlings for my aquarium. I’m giving my snapper to my buddy who is starting a tank.
