Turtle has green sports on shell.

Mappy the Map turtle has like 3 green spots on him and I am not sure what they are. he is active like normal chasing fish, playing with the other turtle and eating. So I do not think he is sick per-say but I am worried about these spots . I am scared to take him to a vet. I lost turtle becuase of a bad vet . He was side neck , and the vet got felt he had brain issue becuase he put his neck to the side and not into his shell . So he gave him a shot. I was like you do know he is called a side neck turtle that is what he does. A few days later he died . Sorry for any bad typing I am dyslexic.
