Turtle Has Shell Problems Please Help

One of my turtle seems to have problems with it’s shell. It seems to have spots on it’s shell where parts of it were scraped off. There are white blotches on it. Can someone please help? Also could anyone suggest a way to increase my turtles calcium intake?
