Whistling DB

I have a 6 inche female DB that I’ve had since she was a baby. Recently, she’s started making a whistling sound when she breathes through her nose. She’s seems fine otherwise, eating like a pig, very active. There are no signs of mucus in her nose and she doesn’t seem to be having trouble breathing. Has anyone else experienced this before? Is it possible that her nose is too small or an odd shape that causes this? Or could this be some early signs of sickness? Thanks! V
