Hello, I have been on here for a while just reading the messages. I am currently starting to construct a pond outside(11’*12′ enclosure, 600 gallon pond) for the turtles I have(0.0.2 Eastern Painted, 0.0.2 Western Painted, 1.1.0 Spotted Turtles) and I am planning on getting 1-3 DBT hatchlings after the construction and move is complete. So, the point of this post is retty much asking if anyone on here will be expecting TX or Ornate DBT hatchlings or juvies this season. My e- mail is Trmptplyr7@…, feel free to send me an e-mail if you or anyone you know can help me. Thank you, Mark

Mark, You say you have some spotted turtles. I rescued Spot from the road last summer, where he lost a skirmish with a car. He seems to be doing fine now, but I want to know what you feed your spotted’s. He won’t eat Reptomin at all. He does eat raw beef, pork, bluefish, dried krill, raw clams, and fresh shrimp. I don’t want him to miss out on anything essential for his health. What do you reccommend in addition to what I have just mentioned. Mark, there will be handful of us on this group that will have hatchling texans and ornates this year. Jason has some hatchling texans that are ready to go, Jonathan has just hatched some and I will have some as well later in the season. Vickie and Scott are expecting ornates soon. Keep abreast of the posts or go to Terrapin Breeder for updates (http://www.geocities.com/dterrapin/breeder). -Chun — In diamondbackterrapins@yahoogroups.com, “Mark”

Hi Mark, As Chun mentioned I will have some Texans available later this summer. I am not producing any Ornates at this time. I have a waiting list for all my dbts. You can find out more information about my waiting and dbts available through me on my website. Thanks Jonathan http://www.diamondbackterrapin.comMark
